This stage resolves the practical detail — ensuring the design can be priced, manufactured, and installed without ambiguity.

Clients and builders who require clear, coordinated drawings that trades can work from with confidence.

What you get

  • Fully considered technical kitchen drawings (as applicable)
  • Clear specifications, assumptions, and tolerances documented
  • Practical decisions finalised and locked for delivery
  • A post-design handover call (approximately one week after drawings are issued)
  • Where required, an on-site visit to take or verify measurements prior to finalising drawings

What you need to bring

  • Final measurements or a confirmed survey (or agree an on-site visit where appropriate)
  • Appliance specifications and supplier information
  • Any trade-specific requirements
  • A decision-maker mindset to allow progress without rework

Site visits are arranged where appropriate and scoped in advance to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
