Technical designs that installers respect

Up to 120 minutes to lock decisions, eliminate clashes, and produce a clear technical pack.

Pricing & investment

This stage represents the point at which design decisions are finalised and translated into build-ready documentation.

To allow the necessary time, focus, and coordination, the Technical Design Package is structured as follows:

  • £495 deposit to secure your Technical Design Consultation
  • £1,000 balance due upon delivery of the technical drawings

This staged approach aligns payment with progress — confirming commitment at the outset, while ensuring the majority of the investment is tied to delivered work.

Included at no additional cost
A post-consultation handover call (approximately one week after drawings are delivered) to ensure the documentation is clearly understood and ready for use on site.

What you get

This stage exists to lock decisions and produce documentation that installers can work from with confidence.

Technical drawings (as applicable)
Considered layouts, elevations, and key technical details tailored specifically to your project.

Clear specification notes
Materials, assumptions, and critical details documented to prevent misinterpretation later.

Decision record
A clear log of what is fixed, what is pending, and why — so nothing drifts once work begins.

Install-aware planning notes
Layout logic and sequencing considerations that support a smooth installation process.

Post-design support call
A structured walkthrough of the drawings, answering questions and aligning everyone before works begin.

What we cover

This is where experience quietly shows.

Clearances, alignment, and appliance integration
Ensuring doors, drawers, appliances, and surrounding elements function together without compromise.

Functional planning and storage logic
Storage designed around how you actually use the space — not generic assumptions.

Practical detailing that protects the final finish
Thoughtful decisions that reduce on-site adjustment and preserve design intent through installation.

Why this stage matters

Most problems don’t come from poor installation —
they come from unresolved design decisions.

This stage exists to remove uncertainty, protect quality, and provide installers with documentation they can trust.
