Please note: many of our services are digital or consultation-based and do not require shipping.

Shipping applies only to physical products supplied by Harrington Grey.

Approved third-party supplied items
Design services, consultations, and digital drawings are not shipped and are delivered electronically.
2. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to:

Mainland United Kingdom
If delivery outside mainland UK is required, this must be agreed in writing prior to purchase.
3. Delivery Timescales
Estimated delivery times will be confirmed at the point of order or during project coordination.

Bespoke or made-to-order items have extended lead times and will be confirmed once specifications are finalised.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect your ability to make a claim.

Risk passes to you upon delivery.
Ownership of goods passes once full payment has been received.
